Complete air conditioning works of the Villas need to be finished and tested according to the client demand.
Scope

VRF AND CHILLED WATER SYSTEM  installation.

Installation of refrigerant piping and communication cables, pressure testing, vacuuming, gas charging etc

Installation of  ducts for fresh air, exhaust air , ventilation and toilet exhaust ducts.

Installation of accessories and related machines.

Testing and commissioning of the entire system.

Preparing as built drawing defining the modifications

Supply  of man power.

Maintenance for one year after installation
